In our joint effort to eliminate fraudulent claims and verify and/or obtain detailed information about individuals, the following services have been designed to meet your professional needs as insurance carriers, affiliated entities and professionals.
Pre-Investigation
Our investigators accurately obtain or verify an individual’s current address and/or contact information, as well as identify their residency and telephone listing history if relevant, in an effort to either locate a party or to facilitate more efficient delivery of subsequent investigative services.
Surveillance
Our investigators are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week, to obtain high quality, on-site documentation of all subject activity through state of the art viewing media, including undercover video in all public locations. In conjunction, we facilitate frequent verbal communication regarding case developments, compose and transmit a client tailored report, including relevant pictures, of all findings within three business days, and deliver the accompanying CD Rom/USB Drive within a maximum of five business days. Hence, we are prepared to present our findings in a professional and credible manner during all court proceedings.
Social Media and Background Investigation
Our Investigators conduct a methodical evaluation, utilizing the most current Database Services available, to access a subject’s social, criminal, civil, and financial litigation history, which will highlight the acquisition of all information specific to your needs.
Activity Check
Our investigators conduct a thorough in-person and/or discrete assessment of an individual’s health, activity level and marital status who is receiving financial benefits, which will reflect the information necessary to address your specific needs.
Recorded Statements
Our investigators facilitate and conduct a comprehensive recorded, on-site interview with an individual, including a transcript of the exchange, in order to assist you in identifying discrepancies in accounts.
Unmanned surveillance vehicle
With the use of Unmanned Surveillance Vehicles (USV’s), we are able to discreetly surveil (and record) a subject for 24 hours per day for 5 to 7 days continuously. These stationary, non-intrusive vehicles are remotely operated and monitored by licensed investigators from our corporate office. This technology gives us the ability to view the subject in real time and allows us to conduct full scale investigations anywhere in the Tri-State area.
